Brown Bag Blessings, AJ’s new community outreach program, will provide simple sack lunches to those in need in our community. Are you a master PB&J maker? We’d be delighted to have you! Never wielded a wad of PB onto bread? No worries, let us show you how it’s done!
Join us on Sunday, December 3rd at Adath Jeshurun from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a Brown Bag Blessings Packing Party.
This Tikkun-Olam driven event will be a joint-effort with AJ Member, Kelly Fox and her Girl Scout Daisy Troop 505. Students, parents, grandparents, and friends of all ages are invited to schmooze, schmear and support this community outreach program that will provide simple sack meals to those in need in our community.
There is no cost to participate, however, participants are encouraged to contribute food for the contents of the brown bags. Participants can elect to purchase and bring food supplies to the event or make a financial contribution to support the purchase of supplies for the event.
